  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship only within India.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–10 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 8–12 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotions, or above a certain cart value.
  • Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD may be available on select orders and locations.
  • Kasano reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping such orders may incur additional charges.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 5–7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Record an unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims without valid proof may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Kasano will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
11. Order Cancellation & Modifications
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations or address changes are not possible.
12. Partial Shipments
  • In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics.
  • You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
