At Kasano, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation of payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–10 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 8–12 business days
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotions, or above a certain cart value.
- Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
- Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available on select orders and locations.
- Kasano reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
- Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping such orders may incur additional charges.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 5–7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please:
- Do not accept the delivery, or
- Record an unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Claims without valid proof may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
- Kasano will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
11. Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations or address changes are not possible.
12. Partial Shipments
- In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics.
- You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
