Refunds
At Kasano, every drop is exclusive. To maintain fairness and quality, we do not offer refunds. However we gladly provide exchanges under the conditions below.
Eligibility for exchange
Exchanges are strictly allowed only for size-related issues, damaged, or incorrect products.
Article exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of the product delivery.
Exchange Rules
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Processing time: 2-3 days after the QC and further approval, once the product is delivered back to us.
- We do not issue cash or online refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchange Fee: ₹200 (covers reverse pickup + forward shipping)
This applies to all size-related based exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
